Arthur was very personable and professional. He managed to see my brother the same day I called for the quote and ended up getting his problem solved at the same time. A problem we encountered for at least 1 year, with 2 attempts to fix it. Now we have all free to air, Foxtel & any apps we wish for. Arthur explained the whole process during his efforts & better still, at the right price. Thank you Arthur, for happy wife, happy life.
